Buyers claiming PUO status must provide proof of current medical licensure and maintain such status in good standing. MATERIALS labeled For Physician Use Only remain governed by all disclaimers, indemnifications, and limitations set forth in these Terms. Physician Use does not authorize diagnosis, treatment, or patient administration and does not imply FDA approval or medical grade classification. Nothing in these Terms grants a license or right, by implication or otherwise, under any Company or third party intellectual property rights. *

Buyer represents and warrants that purchase, possession, and use of MATERIAL comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Buyer is solely responsible for verifying the legality of acquisition and intended use in the relevant jurisdiction. MATERIALS may not be exported, resold, or distributed in violation of United States export control laws. *

Purchases may only be made by authorized research institutions or laboratories, licensed professionals with verified credentials for PUO, or businesses registered and approved by the Company. The Company reserves the right to deny, revoke, or suspend account access at any time for noncompliance. *

Buyers intending to white label or resell MATERIALS must maintain accurate labeling such as For Research Use Only or For Physician Use Only as applicable, retain original lot numbers and expiration dates, submit final packaging and label designs for Company approval, refrain from marketing MATERIALS for human consumption or performance enhancement, ensure downstream buyers and resellers also comply with these Terms, and accept full responsibility for downstream misuse regardless of awareness. *

During checkout, Buyer must confirm they have read and agree to these Terms. Timestamp, IP address, and order metadata may be logged as legal acknowledgment of this agreement. *

MATERIALS may not be marketed on Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Meta or Facebook, or other platforms that prohibit research only substances. All marketing and advertising must prominently display either For Research Use Only or For Physician Use Only, Not for Human or Veterinary Administration. *

The Company retains the right to audit marketing materials, packaging, or online listings to ensure compliance with these Terms. Refusal to cooperate with a compliance audit may result in account termination. *

The Company may suspend or terminate any Buyer account without notice for breach of these Terms, including noncompliance with labeling, marketing, or reseller documentation requirements. *

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. *
